Cancellation Policy

1. CONSULTATIONS & TEST PATCHES Consultations and Test Patches are completely free at LWC and by booking either, you are under no obligation to book Laser Tattoo Removal treatments. 2. ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENTS At LWC we politely ask that you remember to attend and be punctual. If for any reason you can't make your appointment or you are running late, please let us know in good time. In booking a course of treatments, you agree that if you do not show up for an appointment or you cancel/ postpone it without giving 24 hours notice it will considered forfeit (and you will have one less treatment appointment available from those I have pre-paid for). You agree that if you do not show up for you appointment (without notifying Light Wave Clinic), it will considered forfeit (and you will have one less appointment available from those you have pre-paid for). You agree that if treatments remain unused by the client following six months of inactivity they will be forfeit. 3. REFUNDS​ I understand and agree that Light Wave Clinic does not offer refunds on single laser treatments or courses of laser treatments under any circumstances whatsoever. If you become pregnant we will honour the treatments you have paid for up to 1 year from the date you inform us.
